This should be titled 'The Wrong Movie'. The movie tries so hard to be out-of-the-box, it lost touch with reality. Missy, the protagonist (or in my opinion, the real antagonist), is just so unlikeable. You'd see how the writers drastically toned down her behavior by the end to make her a bit more likeable, but it didn't work for me. For something trying to be so liberal, this movie just approves RAPE like it's nothing. And yes, men can get raped too. I feel bad for the actors and actresses who had to participate in this garbage.

The series focused more into pandering to certain groups and 'progressive' ideologies than making a rich narrative. You have them all -- POCs, bisexuals, trans, etc. And the plot armor that Sabrina and the main characters have are unvelievably indestructible, that there are no REAL consequences to whichever Sabrina decides to do. In a nutshell, it's a story about a SELFISH little girl who wants everything without any consequences. Most times, when she's presented options, she always want both/all options, and somehow, the universe will grant her that. Season 1 has the most palatable story, but it goes downhill from there. In the end, most of those who will like this trash will be solely because of being blinded by the spectacle of 'representation', and the show can't even make it right. A trans man who falls in love with a cis man??? It's outrageous. Don't waste your time.
