Top Gun 2: Nascar Boogaloo is way better than it has any right to be thanks to an excellent soundtrack, cinematography and robert duvall anchoring the solid cast with a wonderful performance

Some elements worked others didn't but overall this was a positive theater experience

Gladiator 2: We Fought A Zoo is exactly the forgettable and mediocre type of action movie we've been seeing over the last 6+ years. 4.5/10

I've seen >$100 million dollar movies that don't look nearly this good. Not only that but the film is well paced, gripping and well acted & written with a tense score. So glad I watched it 8/10

The script and dialogue are of inconsistent quality, the casting is poor but the concept and cinematography elevate an otherwise terrible movie to one that is watchable

I really don't understand the cult following this film accrued. It was honestly awful aside from the practical effects. Really wish I spent my time doing/watching something else

This was a slog of a watch. Non-compelling characters crafted around a world that isn't developed enough and a narrative that ultimately has little to say other than humanity has an innate propencity for violence

Never saw the 1930 original but loved the 79 remake and this one is excellent too. Definitely worth seeing
