ANOTHER DUD FOR MARK.......WHAT IS GOING ON? FIRST IT WAS UNION, which was so bad despite with halle berry. then it's FLIGHT RISK, which we can't even finish it. at last we thought this was good as it started well and pretty intriguing that we settled down to watch with our chips and wine. then the plot line started to get so silly and over the top. we ploughed on becoz we thought the style is different and quirky but then the director started to do so much. why cramped so many things, robbery, betrayal, TREASURE SALVAGING, mission impossible thingy, russian mob thingy........ woah give me a break.......too much too much..... is it produced by mainland china.........i begin to believe so...... truly unintelligent.......watch it if u wanna waste your time

A SLOW BURNER and u won't know what to expect.... a very quiet film and somehow the protagonist 'lack of acting or impassivity' seems to work well in this gritty irish gangster film. most of the time they are displayed well in USA by martin sorcese. but now u see them in it's on homeland. beautiful harsh landscape of cold beauty with quiet stirring of violence. some tender moment with autistic child, which is also well balanced and well portrayed without tilting into melodrama. enjoyed it.

worst Coen show ever. total waste of time. but being a coen movie, u have to stay for the whole thing becoz u wont know what u are getting. But in this one, NOTHING in the end......totally lame.....no plot line. too many sub plots. Aubrey is even not the main. something really off. All the sex totally pointless and mindless. WHY SMACK A CULT GROUP IN THE MIDDLE? IT PROVES NOTHING WHEN U OFFEND CHRISTIANITY FOR THE SAKE OF IT. what about the french woman in the middle of dilapidated usa? just to utter 'chere' and go off the plot. Love Love Coens, mainly when they are together. But this is bad......

WHAT A DUD!!!! very amateurish and a torture to sit through. Mila was the only one that looked credible enough but even her experience could not save this senseless piece of work. nothing original but just patchwork of mess, like a school project and little girls prancing here and there and wacking all the big sized men to the ground. btw at least the take home message " don't drink your milk before going to bed"

compared to Past Lives, this was a real dud. was so excited to catch another celine song show, and the first half was very compelling. Pedro Pascal was really sexy and very convincing as a ultra rich bachelor. it would be great if the moustache was shorter, as this is not a western but a contemporary movie. chris evans is such a beautiful man but captain america acting like a poor puppy just makes my stomach turns. even the elegant sexy dakota could not save the show as the script and plot structure fell flat after the first half. it's an old story with poor script and celine trying too hard to best her masterpiece........ pls come back when u have another masterpiece. don't fall into mediocrity

Amazing acting by Ana, the marilyn of our times. very complex role and characterization, bordering on psychosis. did not know such movie existed and was delighted to see Jude Law again and Daniel Bruhl was the icing on the cake. this show needed the over the top sensuality to make the whole situation pernicious. every actors brought their best to the ensemble and makes the whole movie compelling. also was quite shocked that this movie is based on true events........

after seeing almost all wes anderson's quagmire of offerings, felt more obsfucated than ever. but still loved the unique style and patterning of his movies, being an artist myself. one star for B del Toro........hopefully he gets better recog after being in backgrd for so long. another star for the quirky script. nothing new but at least better than all the gore and killings of today's vicissitude of pernicious movies.

we could not pass the first 10mins eventho we were delighted to see Steve Carell. had to read the reviews and synopsis to find out what going on, whether all the characters met their doom in the end in the mountains. Anyway can't expect much from hollywood these days....... 'Freaky Tales' was quite good though, eventho utter nonsense in a fun way like 'i saw the TV glow'. so we thought mountainhead would be ok.......but then.......

impassive acting from the guy, eventho i loved him in Top Gun maverick. Over acting from the gal, eventho i loved her in most of her past outings. looked like a movie made without much thought into it. the script is like a patch work of past classic sci-fi..........Alien for one, Pirates of Carribean, minority report, LOTR....... sigh.....I almost though the original Alien badass S. Weaver is going to blow up everyone. the only good part is the end when the nuclear explosion happened..... the set was horrible, too obvious blue screen for this age..... oh i loved the poem part though...... the best line ' THE GIRL THAT COLLAPSED THE NIGHT

spoiler alert!!! we were pleasantly surprised when this movie was recently released in Disney +, of all places. This is the best 'ghost' movie since the sixth sense. the high intense sex scenes were necessary because everything hits u at the end why the director insists on the graphics. the gay theme was necessary to magnify the 'loneliness' of being gay in the eighties when it was illegal and underground. Eighties' music further frames the mind of the protagonist as he engages with the younger guy in the 20th century......i was very delighted when Housemartin was played. all forgotten......FGTH, Pet shop boys, Strangely Bronski beat was left out...... now i understand what's all the fuss about...... no oscar nomination???? what a shame......
