This book is about Marshall, Chad and Tamaya. Marshall and Tamaya always walked home together after school. Then one day a new student came to Woodridge Academy and his name was Chad. He was a quite horrible boy who got kicked from 6 schools in total. The next day Marshall met Chad, at first Marshall thought Chad was cool but then Chad suddenly rejected him and left Marshall alone as the other boys laughed at him. In the afternoon Chad almost killed Marshall by throwing him down the stairs after that Chad told Marshall to meet him in the woods that were off limits. But of course Tamaya had to come with him. When they met in the woods with Chad, then Tamaya noticed a strange fuzzy mud. Then Chad started beating up Marshall and Tamaya didn't want to see her friend get hurt so she reached into the suspicious mud and threw it at Chad’s face. The next day at school they heard that Chad was missing right when Tamaya noticed that there was a spreading rash on her right hand-the same exact hand that she picked up the mud with. Later she realized the deadly rash came from the dangerous mud. So she wandered into the woods to save Chad- Tamaya knew that Chad’s face was way worse than her hand so she decided to save him. After Tamaya disappeared into the woods she never came back. Now it’s Marshall who goes into the woods but Marshall never came back so the doctors and the police searched for them in the woods. When they were found they were all covered in the same rash that was on Tamaya’s hand and Chad’s face. When Tamaya and Marshall and Chad were found, Chad and Tamaya were blind because of the mud and couldn’t see. When they arrived at the hospital they heard on the news that fuzzy mud pools had taken over their city, health cliff and that people kept on stepping into them. One morning they heard that the doctors had discovered the cure because of a very special animal. When they took the vaccine Marshall, Chad and Tamaya made a full recovery and got to go back to their homes. Soon everyone took the vaccine and recovered very quickly in the hospitals. This reminds me of the crisis that's happening today.
