There has never been a show like The Good Place. It's metaphysical, profound, joyful and leaves me pondering things like: What [Do] We Owe to Each Other. The cast is superb (D'Arcy Carden is a revelation, and Ted Danson & Kristen Bell are rightly America's Sweethearts), the writing is smart enough to be poignant and profound, yet feel effortless, and every new episode leaves me with an overwhelming urge to do something - anything - to make the world a better place for all the people who have to share it with me. There is no better show on television or anywhere else, in my opinion. The Good Place is my Good Place.
