I've become a huge fan. I never really enjoyed the Simpsons mostly due to the stories and characters. But Disenchantment is a blend of that familiar and new. The animation is obviously from those creators, but these characters are funnier and the voice actors really bring this show to life. For a period set animation, the jokes still resonate with my generation, 25-35 years old. I won't lie, I must have rewatched all 10 episodes at least 30 times..it has that instant classic feel, that comfort that usually takes a show years to become ingrained into your brain. Instant syndication...and seeing as it has been approved for at least 4 more seasons, others feel the same. Also, very smart to attach to a streaming service. It allows the rewatch ability on your terms and let's you subconsciously fall in love with it extremely quickly.. #fiveouttafive
