I loved this book! It combines information about baby's development as well as hundreds of recipes that support what your needs. The recipes accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and low-carb diet plans, and lots of them are easy to make as well. The book is written with gestational diabetes in mind, but is an excellent resource for anyone wanting to make healthier meals in general. You don't need to be pregnant! The recipes I've tried were delicious for the whole family... I highly recommend this book!
