Having lived through Australia's first summer of brutal bushfires in the increasing climate emergency, getting a taste of the monstrosity of what climate change will bring, & the madness these bizarre times are setting in people, this feels like an era-defining film. Stunningly constructed, with one of the greatest of scores. This film is a remarkable work of horror that functions on multiple levels. & Nicholas Cage should definitely play Prime Sinister Scott Morrison one day.
Welcome back Richard Stanley.
