What is the definition of "ghost"? If you're thinking of the evil, malevolent spirit, there's only one of those and this show is not about that. "Ghosts" in this show are mostly souls trapped, and they're just trying to get out. So if you're looking for a tv show that will make you scream, this is not it. This story is about the drama of a family (and it's staff) and the mystery surrounding the unusual "world" of Bly Manor. It's definitely a slow burn, but there are alot of character building and by the time it's done, you'll miss all of the characters!
