Extremely biased political views. The story on the emergency executive powers was almost all speculation. They said the details have never been released and only have been acknowledged since 2005 but had no problem discussing what would happen if used. How can you report on what might happen in encoded when no one knows what they are. Ridiculous reporting, Ted Kopel should be ashamed.
