Great documentary providing support for the multitude of benefits of a plant based diet, and the long term negative effects of a meat and dairy diet. It touches on the inaccuracies of the meat and dairy industry's sales pitch of their products, and the loss of beneficial microbes with an omnivorous diet. The twin study is one of the most reliable ways of conducting a study and doing an accurate comparison of the effects of either diet.

I am not a big fan of all of King's movies, and IT 2 was one of them. However, The Shining is a classic that I loved and of course Jack Nicholson was amazing in it. Doctor Sleep was a great sequel to the Shining, with solid character development and of course presenting the horror aspect to it as close to the book as I would have imagined (minus the ending). Ewan McGregor was perfect for the role of Danny Torrance, and the rest of the supporting crew were also wonderful and believable. I do feel like the spiritual nature parts of the movie could have been better presented especially involving the energy/steam references, but I think it was still a pretty good effort in conveying what the purpose of the steam was. Sad that Jack Nicholson himself didn't make an appearance in the movie, but really he would have only appeared for reminiscing purposes. All in all a mind twisting movie with plenty of intense moments to keep the viewer's attention throughout.
