My husband has run into quiet a few glitches in this game. Over and over again. He has to reset the PS4 every time. Latest glitch is in Anlaf's lookout in the cave behind the waterfall. Once he goes in he starts out swimming in a dry cave, then has to reset the PS4 because he can't get back out.
