Terrific acting, good plot, kept me guessing and a movie that has a conclusion, unlike The Sopranos. Had a little bit of “Copland”, and “True Detective “. Sometimes little slow, some red herrings, but kept me intrigued, knowing the slow pace was plot designed to help the viewer try to figure out the “who done it?”, and I guessed right and wrong. Definitely recommend 👍

Disappointed, despite Excellent acting from the entire cast. Expections from the hype led me to believe more than what was delivered. Maybe if Peele makes a movie without trying to insert social injustices at every instance, although I understand the need but not necessity all the time, and just does a straightforward movie ( SyFi, Horror, etc.), for entertainment sake, nicely done. I really liked Kay and Peele comedies, and both were/are comic stars. Get Out and Us were great entertainment, with relevant messages about society which made both movies excellent. I wanted to really like Nope, and to some extent did, but overall disappointed because I expected more.

Great concept, good special effects, neat storyline, very intense and borrows from Jurassic Park and Descent. I was glad the hero was able to have what ever he needed in his backpack to survive 😀 I wonder if the protagonist’s planet is still out there?

Better than I expected, sometimes surfing Netflix nets a decent movie.

I found this movie about seven years ago while surfing channels and could not believe what I had seen, and heard, including the final music score “Love Me Again” accompanying the credits. I have the DVD and soft cover book and it is one of the movies I watch almost every time it is on tv. I have always been a Tom Cruise fan and now Emily Blunt is GOLDEN to me as well. She is Ellen Ripley, Lorraine Broughton, Andy (Old Guard), Furiosa, Sara Conner, The Bride, Coffey / Foxy Brown, Riley North, Cataleya / Neytire, Maeve, Mallory Kane, all the women in Sin City, and Lara Croft / Salt. Collateral, (he and Jamie Foxx should have received awards), and Edge are my all time favorite Cruise movies. Emily Blunt is just so believable and a strong presence in this Groundhog Day vs. Aliens Cruise movie.
