Her writing is very sarcastic and filled with too much criticism, instead of writing more about the foods, almost every page has criticism either about the west or youth. More so, Book does not mention anywhere ... Who should not consume. Even if these are superfood it doesn't mean they are good for all body types and decomposition. She mentions ayurveda frequently but doesn't take into consideration vaata pita and kapha composition for each individual. And what these superfoods mean for each. Overall if you want to know how the west has ruined our eating habits this book is a good read. Talks too much about that and little focus on superfoods for each body type. The back cover of the book says India 's #1 nutirtionist .. it doesn't mention if that is self claimed title or given by any org or authority.
