Superman is fucking awesome. My favorite superhero movie of all time. Loved it. It’s fun and light and nails the characters. Great action and heart. Very different than the standard Marvel movie though.

This is a really great and energetic romantic slasher that audiences are sleeping on. Fun & witty characters and script, great slasher/killer, familiar faces and tons of atmosphere. Hopefully this finds an audience on streaming.

Great visuals and good vocal performances are unfortunately unable to defy the gravity of terrible acting/pacing.

This is one of the worst movies I’ve ever sat all the way through. Each character is dumb and obvious, like the plot and the film’s central “mystery”. In fact, calling these walking, talking cartoons characters is giving them, and this script, far too much credit. These are caricatures; broad and dumb. It’s a shame, as Ryan Johnson has directed a couple great films (Brick, Looper, Brothers Bloom, Knives Out), so I always root for him, but this is a total misfire. I’m honestly shocked at the positive reactions. Bah humbug.

Great summer blockbuster! This is the kind of movie that used to be made - a big, emotional, feel-good film with excellent actors. See it on the big screen if you haven't already.

This show has an interesting premise, a great and versatile cast and a talented tram behind the camera... so why is it so damn bad? Misfire.
