Super cool movie. I’d watch it again. Great acting, great scifi, great action.

Visuals: fantastic Story: great Music: meh If the soundtrack was better this could’ve been a real hit. The songs felt uninspired and were in my opinion often poorly worded. When enthusiastic inspiration doesn’t hit right, it fails hard type of thing. Still overall I’m glad I watched it.

Very well done, very disturbing. The next day after seeing this movie I feel uncomfortable in ordinary reality, truthfully a tad bit shaken. This however is a tribute to how incredible the film actually is... effective, thorough, stunning... Ari Aster takes no prisoners with this one. Another note. I disagree with everyone who thinks Midsommar is a simpler movie than Hereditary. The genius of Midsommar is the depth of meaning behind its themes, many of which are subjective based on personal experience.
