This is a fantastic read. It is a different era than those usually chosen for a historical novel I.e. the thirty years war. Because there are so many characters in the novel there is a โcastโ list at the front which clarifies who is who and makes it much easier to track everything. It is totally absorbing as a story and I canโt wait to read the next book taking the story on.
