So many cliche's, weak, convoluted plot, gratuitous 'suspense' scenes, improbable connectors, trying to have something for everyone (slasher, Tarantino-esque killer couple, realism shots of Blackpool, 'modern' dialogue, brooding detectives, work mixed with everyday life shots, 'just in the nick of time escapes....). I couldn't get past two episodes.
