After watching the first one, I was super hyped for the next; although slightly disappointing (caused by the big reveal at the end), still nice. As a major Potterhead, I am sorta biased but if anything else, this movie wasn't that bad.

It's sort of leaning onto the tropes too much. With my experience of movie tropes, this one seems like the 'best friend betrayal' type. Even with the trope, the idea of a movie where the main character is catfishing for good is sorta epic; given the bullying and pressure of her father being a famous writer. Overall, the movie made me cry tears of joy.
