Falls flat as a whole while having all of the ingredients of a good movie.
Creates tension at times even though you have nothing invested in the characters and makes use of Ex Machina devices predictably and underwhelmingly.
A very well directed, excellently put together, visually beautiful, wonderfully made movie, with a shoehorned and forced premise.
