this is a powerful book written by the greatest shepherd of New Zealand known as Mr WOOL and as a shepherd this great Christian Man gives insights into sheep and shepherds in a way most miss. This is a book that anyone involved in church leadership needs to read and master as here is the key to people care and flock managment. The book is arranged as 10 easy lessons so if you wanted to turn it into a study group for people to learn shepherdology this is a great place to start. I had the pleasure to know this man personally and such a gentle giant,who went right through Russia teaching them how to shear sheep the "Bowen " way and was given the labour medal of honour by the Russians, a rare award for a non russian and also did sheep show in front of the Queen,in wales and the welsh farmers could not believe how he could handle the sheep and remove their fleece in 1 min so Do yourself a favour and learn from one of Gods gems
