I watch the One show every night and mostly agree with the different issues raised. My problem was the show where you went to see the collection of the food to donate to food banks at the Liverpool and Everton football game. I think it's nice that people donate but we are missing the huge issue here. Why? Why are people relying on these food banks. We've began to normalise poverty. The show would have had a perfect opportunity to say look what's happening infront of our eyes look at all these people who are now dependant on hand outs of food.It saddens me that this is now a reality for the poor in our society.
