Worst movie in recent memory. Graphic and glorified violence attempts to distract you from writing filled with cliches. Each progression of the plot is less authentic than the last. But no aspect of this movie is as embarrassing as Shia’s fake and probably offensive Mexican accent. With nothing to say and nothing to offer, the “Tax Collector” will leave you wishing back 90 minutes of your life. Thank God it isn’t longer.
