A movie that combines the theatrical and road trip premises. Artsy folks will probably rave at this. There's quite a bit if sex, and some kind of rumination about theatre action. But if one has to be honest, it is all very shallow, ponderous. An exploration of a man's regret and the sob story of his driver, who against type, is a young woman. You know a movie is stretching its setup too much when everything about it is exposed in the last 10 mins. Come on, what age are we now to have to put up with this kind of a movie execution. A movie that purports to deal with grief, regret and hurtful upbringing must transcend. Transcend how ordinary people cope with such setbacks in life. A plebian watching will once again wonder: What's the big deal?
