One worth watching. Great characters. Great actors. Great premise.

Why do you launch a multi-million dollar adventure without a basic roadmap of where the plot will go? Boys how did you get through 5th grade English? You must show the teacher an outline of your paper before you begin! Did the large number of exotic shoots in season 3 mean they had to cut the person who does the most basic research? First image in 'Jakarta'...the largest Muslim city in the world? A Hindu god. Loved the basic premise and season 1 was compelling. Season 2.... Um okay... still travelling in a straight line. Season 3 ... train wreck. Maybe they'll do the 'it was all a dream' thing to fix it for season 4. Aaron Paul must be wondering how he got talked into WW. That genre drug thing? What was the point of that? One of the dumbest rabbit trails I've ever seen on a screen.

The critics seem to me like they've missed the point. This film is about generating compassion for people lost in a world of drug addiction. It's meant to help us understand the erratic behavior and bizarre choices of people controlled by substances and the tricks they play on your mind. I thought it was brilliant. One pro reviewer called it a sci-fi romance... Ridiculous... I watch a lot of sci-fi and this doesn't qualify. Romance? I guess if you are in love with your drugs... Selma IS the drugs... She's seducing him, pulling him away telling him what to do... Making him make bad choices.
