Rani Mukherjee is a powerful actor, brilliant in every shot. But, I feel she was not the right choice for this movie. A younger actor with more vulnerable looks, would have been better. The dialogue delivered in distorted Hindi was a very bad idea. Sprinkling of Bangla was also a bad idea. It did not sound good at all. It was jarring. What? A Mrs Chatterjee can't speak proper Hindi? And even she can't, you don't have to put that in the movie! It made the movie uninteresting, forcing bad Hindi down the throat of the audience!

The contestants are good. BUT the judges are abnormal except perhaps Vishal Dadlani to an extent, though he also at times joins the others in abnormalities. The most abnormal is Himesh Reshamiya. This, once upon time, was a good show. Now it has plummeted to frivolities, stupidities and abnormalities. It had become a below average show.

A very good movie. A thought that disturbs us - the panda who traps the pilgrim/tourists but on second thought we feel bad for him. What will he do? How will he feed his family. He has not learnt any other ways of earning his livelihood...The movie has not though offered a solution. Abundant talent and good acting.

Very good. Do not miss a single episode.

I think we should scrupulously avoid depicting divine stories. Ordinary mortals can never do justice to it. Everyone has an image of his God and these shows can never match with that image. Spirituality is a personal realm. Leave it there. The mother here looks abnormaly over-emotional, I don't know why Sri Vishnu and Sri Lakshmi would sit there and watch the mother -son love, they have other things to take care of. The whole thing is ridiculous. PLEASE LEAVE OUR GODs and divine experience to us. We have a Bal Gopal and a normal Yashoda in mind. SRI VISHNU is an all powerful energy and light to me.

Someone who has written this story doesn't know Bengal and that time period. The author has not been able to capture the thinking, practices - right and wrong, conservatism, and many negatives of the time period. Very poor story. For eg., The girls, though married, were not sent to the matrimonial home till they reached puberty, especially where there are no women. Even the names are not from that period. ☹️ Not just this, the whole story evokes laughter and one wonders at the audacity of writing about something that one does not know and hasn't researched well. Close comparison is sanjay leela bhansali trying to make DEVDAS and murdering the subtle essence of the story by Sarat Chandra. I do not know why do you even attempt without hardwork and understanding. It's insulting the intelligence of the viewers and COLOURS should be sued for it. Anirudh, little Bondita deserve praise for their acting skill. Rest is all a huge waste of time.

Krishna is BAD. Does not evoke laughter, just embarrasses. Kapil, think and do something.

The contestants - all of them are working very hard. Young yet so focussed. Most doing well. Kudos to their efforts. But Geeta, OMG, so artificial. It's just so embarrassing. All what she says, all what she does, her expressions and all the drama!!! She is a drama queen and fakes a lot of expressions. Terence is a matured evaluator. A good dancer, honest observer, and uses measured words. And no drama. Thanks Terence.
