This is one of the best dystopian Sci-Fi books that I've ever read. It has good equalization between the characters (well, except for Darryl but that's ok), and it's perfect for people who are interested in programming, computer science, and privacy + security. It's one of the more interesting plots, where a department of the government is the main enemy. I'd recommend it to anybody who likes the things I said above.
