season 1 is amazing follows the comic to a t. season 2 has just become another teen romance/supernatural show. im so angry at joe hill for allowing this to happen. i get it stranger things wprked but there we saw real life people to die people we built a Bond with. here we see a demon spend the whole season tryna get a key to help him with world domination via mind control and he doesnt go to the town mayor the president nope he recruits high achoolers how stupid are the writers

i am annoyed at all the positive feedback. this show has really irritated me its so non sensical. the characters are not well developed and they are all bland and all fall underone character spectrum. every single thing that happens in the show is legit written to fit the narrative. I know its for entertainment but at least try to be a bit realistic. all the issues you want them to over come is not possible if you dont tackle the issue at hand which is them being stranded on a deserted island. the writers seem to skip this fact and just over shadow it by a flashback to why they are who they are. but why would I be intrested in your background if your current persona is terrible and not trying to survive but magically still alive
