Dollar Store Tarantino. Tries super hard to be witty and extremely violent at the same time. Neither rub off a genuine, or even entertaining. Brad Pitt delivers a quality performance, but the movie falls flat overall.

This movie is a solid disaster/over the top action adventure. Loved it when it came out, and it still holds up years later! Great cast and story, and a true “blockbuster” movie.

As a Halo fan, I’m not that bummed that this particular iteration of Halo is trash, I’m more upset that it will make a good Halo film or series in the future a far less likely possibility. This is the second Halo show that has completely dropped the ball, so the film/tv potential of this franchise is not looking good. Would love to see a film series based on the first three games. Would be epic.

The oldest daughter is highly devious and dishonest, but it is never addressed. Male figures are weak and effeminate. Typical NWO propaganda for kids. I suspect chicom influence.

I love Sci Fi. This show seems like it was way more concerned with aesthetics than content. The concept of the loop is not very thought provoking the way this show is written. The script and musical score were the stand out flaws in this show to me. If the pace wasn’t slow enough, the music succeeded in making it literally painful to watch. Not to only criticize the score itself as poorly composed, but the production of the music was equally terrible. It sounded like someone who just learned how to program MIDI was trying to create their own version of moonlight sonata with stock virtual orchestra sounds. To give credit where it is due, the cinematography, set, and costume designs were all phenomenal. Aesthetically this show is beautiful. I quite prefer the trailer to the actual show.

Louie Anderson’s performance I’m this show is one of the greatest performances of all time. This show is a lot more than a comedy, and although undeniably quirky, it doesn’t rely on that quirkinesses to keep you entertained. What I thought would be a silly alt comedy actually turned out to be one of the most heartwarming and relatable casts, and although very funny, it has a lot more layers than a typical comedy.

This movie was just plain boring. I’m not a fan of Star Wars in comparison to what being a Star Wars fan means, but I always enjoyed the movies growing up. There is way too much about this story that doesn’t make sense. It just seems like they took a bunch of Star Wars nostalgia and threw it in a blender. The recycled plot points and redundant action sequences offer nothing new to the franchise, and that is why I found it plain boring. The new trilogy did next to nothing to make you care about any of these characters or their back stories. You would think that this movie would redeem itself with the action, but even that felt redundant and not very well done. Lackluster saber fights, and flight sequences that were even worse. Just a terrible movie and an end to a very low era for the Star Wars franchise. Good thing they have The Madalorian going for them.
