If you didn’t see the first trilogy on the big screen during its release, your negative review is invalid. If you know nothing of Matrix lore and have no understanding of the Matrix universe, this movie is not for you. You would be be viewing it through an entitled lens of the last 20 yrs of pop culture piled on your plate with neck breaking speed. Unless you remember what society was like in 1999 and what our culture was during the original release, you may as well skip this movie. This was a very difficult sequel to resurrect and pull off. I think they did a good job.
