While it was good to see Natasha "alive" again, I felt that the emotional arc of the movie was flawed - she moves in and out of assassin and family member mode at such a hectic pace that the emotional impact of her backstory and reconnection is flattened and never seems to peak and move into a cathartic space. I came away from the movie surprisingly unmoved.
