Glorious Light

Cynthia Erivo is a good singer, great actress but not Aretha Franklin by any stretch of the imagination. It was a waste of time, money, and production. The African American community is not sold on this. It just wasn't a good match visually, vocally, and the story lacked authenticity.

Fantastic TV show, modern yet true to the fact that the real Jesus/Yeshua was indeed Middle Eastern and not an Anglosized Jesus. The story line is intriguing and confrontational. The merging of the regions and cultures is educational and informative of the political climate in the Middle East and America's indifference to faith. Mysterious and thoughtful story line.
