This was one of the most fun, edifying and entertaining reads Iโve had. I read this many years ago before visiting China and thought back upon the read and it was somewhat of a travelogue. Iโve been recommending this book for years and will continue to do so. Itโs both a cooking and culture guide. Itโs an easy read, dig in!
