That moment when Guraad arrives at Kido's secret location I could only think of darth vader boarding a rebel ship.
The fighting sequences toward the end remind me of power rangers. The kid powers up and does some lame overpowered karate moves.
I've never seen the anime so I had no expectations. It's entertaining enough and could have better sequels with more budget.
