It's a fun action film. It has some good values and interesting characters, but the dialogue is a bit corny and some of the characters' actions are a bit unbelievable at times.

This is an extremely funny film for people who enjoy awkward, life-affirming, self-depricating, self-aware humour. It is about how a man's vision for how music should be created coupled with musical talent in a city that was crying out for meaning following the closure of its industries led to one of the greatest explosions of music in history.
