Two things that trouble me about this show are---First, the map of the United States which is prominently displayed throughout the show does not include the states Alaska and Hawaii.
Second, All of the ground rules for the contestants are not stated up front; specifically the one which penalizes the team if a contestant attempts to answer a question out of turn!
