Movie was just a new story with the same characters. It was the only mortal Kombat that had nothing to do with mortal Kombat. They just threw random characters in there and left the main people out of it. People like Jax and Sonya blade who are gadget fighters just got powers because why not. There was no sense of real danger just another lazy writing fighter film. And if your going to make a movie about an iconic game just do it right, don't change everything about it just to make things fit when they do not. But the Choreography was Phenomenal. All that was the issue was the story and how half of it did not make sense.
