Srinjoy Ganguly

One of the most self-assured movies that I have had the privilege of viewing in the recent past. Most human endeavours are marked by a sense of incompleteness/longing: Suman Mukhopadhyay manages to capture the nuances of the same with elan. Invoking Ray's "Kanchenjunga" (but obviously) as the benchmark, I'd say that this movie succeeds in capturing the magical, languid aura of a hill station with considerable success. I wish more directors explore this genre in the near future!
