not upset I watched it because I enjoy learning from suffering, and this movie inflicts a lot of suffering on its audience - zero human beings in this film, zero empathy for any character, everyone is career and ego-driven and not in an insightful way - simplistic social media commentary combined with boomer paranoia - mean film, incredibly unsexy - best part is Michael Cera - I would give it two stars if it didn’t leave me feeling deflated and unhappy - also upset that the young woman is embarrassed about how small her apartment is meanwhile it’s pretty big. Out of touch

Awesome movie not just for its historical and cultural importance in preserving the Haida language and documenting tradition but also for the magical power of its composition. It is a major cultural achievement that Canadians should thank the Haida people for allowing us to participate in.
