Super epic fun all the way through! I've been on a retro-style 2D Metroidvania game kick for the past couple years, and Super Epic did a good job scratching that itch. Nice big map that gave me a solid 25 hours of gameplay, which is the #1 deciding factor for me when choosing which games to buy. Pretty basic game with highly repetitive enemies, but it was a fun experience that I will likely play again someday.

Super Daryl is super stupid fun!! This game popped up in the 'Great Deals' section of the Nintendo eShop a few months back - I swear I spend more time digging through the eShop's sale games looking for hidden treasures than I spend on actual gaming, and games like Super Daryl are precisely what I'm always hoping for! Probably never would've heard of this otherwise, but as soon as I saw Daryl's silly face, the brightly colored wacky animation and metroidvania-style 2D action, I knew this was a game for me. I never wanted to put it down, from beginning to end this game was an absolute blast. Insanely satisfying battles and bizarre enemies, upgrading attacks, quests and collectibles, and the ridiculously entertaining and often hilarious dialogue and storyline. I put a solid 50+ hours into this game, plus after I finished it I noticed the coop mode I had missed before, so I've been replaying it with my teenage son who initially made fun of me for the "dumb" game I was playing until he saw how much fun I was having and decided to play with me! High replay value, worth every freakin cent and more! I PRAY Dan & Gary make more like this!!!

I absolutely LOVED Phoenotopia, it immediately became one of my top faves and I've been a serious gamer for over 30 years. While some of the bosses and later level difficulty frequently had me throwing my Switch down in frustration, the exploration, collections, questing and just overall fun of the gameplay left me thoroughly thrilled and satisfied with the 80+ hours I got out of it. I actually clocked in at over 100 hours when I completed it and I didn't even finish at 100%, but I do have a habit of multitasking while gaming so it's hard to know how much actual playtime I put in. There is no map and I have no sense of direction (in life or gaming) so I spent A LOT of time backtracking, and I definitely needed the guide for many of my collection items, but the whole adventure was so much fun and the animation was so well done, Phoenotopia was an absolute joy all around!!

Supraland is a rare and absolute delight! From beginning to end, I have enjoyed every moment, and have milked WAY more time out of this game than I expected - a 'game length' search suggested 12-25 hours, but I have put in 50 joyous hours so far and am only 75%, and that includes several cheats. I tried so hard not to cheat, but there are many unique challenges and I didn't always have the patience to figure it out by myself. But when I did, it was so incredibly satisfying! The world is huge, but the lack of maps and my dreadful sense of direction have caused me to spend many hours lost and backtracking, however there are SO MANY hidden secrets in this world, you are well-rewarded every time to return to a section, there is always something new to find so this was a perfect game for me! The puzzles are fun and satisfying, the world is vast and exciting to explore, the ability upgrades keep the gameplay new and fresh and continue even after you complete the main quest, giving the extra-rare pleasure of having a reason to keep playing post-credits. I truly can't say enough; bravo and my most sincere thanks to the maker of this delightful gem!!!
