It isn’t “bad”…. Maybe if I hadn’t grew up watching the “Original Freddy” I would have enjoyed it more. I actually enjoy the actors in the reboot and the more in-depth tell of the storyline. The effects were also really well done. There’s just something about Robert Englund that can not be replaced. He will always be Freddy in the mind of the Nightmare fans.

As someone who has watched The Originals several times and Vampire Dairies a few I am completely let down... I had hoped for the introduction of a few new species and well, Plec delivered but in the lamest ways. As well as the relationships seeming distant and forced. The relationships in both its processors were what really carried the show. I still come to tears with the thought of Haley’s passing and loathed the ending of The Originals and the heartache that accompanied it. Yet it’s likely I’ll never know when this show ends though I’m sure it will be this season or they may get lucky with one more but I won’t be watching.
