Too many holes in the story. It sank the boat.
There wasn't much, if at all, back story of each member of the boat. Thier individual lives, prior to being a crew member of eight, shaped thier desire to be better, as one. This is a story of WSU and how this crew shaped an institution and and each member of the crew team.
