I read the book, I heard J.D. Vance speak (I sat on the front row, mesmerized and asking questions), and I loved this movie. Shame on the critics who are too lofty to get it - they seem determined not to like. The acting, the choreography, and the storyline were a winning combination that will stick with me for some time. I like a film that sticks.
