The storyline is good enough (by Netflix standard) though some of the situations are a bit contrived and no one would send a crew of emotional misfits like this out into space. What's tiring to me is the heavy handed female empowerment message and the language! Who the "f" talks like that? "F" this, "F" that, "F" you, oh "F", for "F"s sake..... I get it. It's TV-MA but geez people! It reminds me of an 8th grade boy who thinks cussing makes him a man! Tone it down for season 2, please?
