Puri's iSmart Shanakr is copied from 2016 Hollywood movie Criminal. For beginners, Criminal is a 2016 American action thriller which is about a convict who is implanted with a dead CIA agent's memories to finish an assignment. Looks like, Puri has took out the main plot point and adapted into an Oora Mass movie as the protagonist Shankar (Ram) here is a contract killer. iSmart Shankar and Criminal have very close resemblances but Puri's trademark hero's characterization and Ram's energetic performance make the difference from iSmart and Criminal.
