Movie was good in my opinion, if you're a Godzilla fan. I can see the disconnect for some who are not familiar with monster movies due to the pace of the movie. I would disagree with the reviews that give this movie below a 7.5. Dougherty did very well in character placement and monster fights. There are a couple scenes I wish they would've left out that made the film a little too excessive in my opinion. I did think it was better than 2014, and I absolutely loved the ending. 8.5/10 in my opinion! I'm going again Sunday and hopefully my outlook changes on the upside.
