This was so slow, so depressing I had to binge watch 'Friends' to cheer myself up. I kept watching because the good reviews say it has an important message, but no it doesn't. It's just a dull portrayal of one long day in the life of an assistant to a toxic, abusive boss. I don't see why people are praising this, how is this even helping or being meaningful towards the said cause. It doesn't even inspire, because the assistant doesn't really take a stand. She simply files a lame complaint which goes unseen and then carries on with her day as usual. No acting, no plot, no message. I have seen documentaries better than this.
If you came to see a woman who stands up against her boss and his sexual abuse, watch the movie 'Bombshell', it is much better.
