The movie is quite a let down once you read the book. The book presents a more comprehensive story, whereas the movie fails to answer many questions.
Angourie Rice stands out in the movie and "She does have a beautiful smile". The decision to change the central character from A to Rhiannon causes problems as the excitement of living a new character (a key component of the book) is killed.
I saw the movie immediately after I read the book and I don't remember the last time I was so impatient for a movie to end. I kept repeating to myself, why did they make unnecessary changes?
I would recommend this movie to someone who hasn't read the book. But the ones who have read the book would be happier to keep clear of this movie
