This is literally Bridget Jones Diary, also released in 2001! Even the soundtrack is the same! The last scene of the movie is practically a carbon copy...instead of chasing after the guy because he finds her diary, slating men, this guy finds out she’s a writer of a cow theory, also slating the male gender. It’s ok for background noise, certainly not one people remember Hugh Jackman as being in.
