Google should introduce a 6th Star for this movie !
The movie starts off slow, in-fact I went to see this movie with my dad, he literally dozed off (also because of an extra hectic day at work)
I felt the same, the movie starts off slow, but every 15-20min, there is something that is building up to the climax, so even if you are sleepy, your curiosity keeps building all through the movie, which will eventually get rid of any sleepiness you might have.
The Climax might be the best I have seen in my lifetime, but I don't appreciate the fact that most of the reviews on Youtube, point to the fact that the climax is the only thing worth watching - I think all through the movie there were references to a dark(but positive) presence, which never really culminated to anything until the climax, so one would instantly get curious, about how that scene would show that presence.
I think the way the story portrays the various relationships between the characters is absolutely lovely, you instantly connect with them, not alienated to the story, even though there would be very few people who'd actually know what the movie is about.
Now the most amazing part - The Climax - It has been 3 days since I saw the movie, the signature screams of the Daiva are still resonating in my ears, for the life of me I cannot get them out of my head, My jaw was touching the floor when the credits rolled, It took me three days to gather my thoughts to actually be able to write this review, any less and you'd do an injustice to the movie.
There hasn't been a movie like this, this movie transcends the the pointless Drama of Bollywood, Hollywood, Tollywood. Before this my favourite movies were the Stanley Kubrick Masterpiece - The Shining and The Clockwork Orange, I'd like to welcome Kantara to the top of that list
